see Fee Schedule for additional fees. Additional fees will be
determined by the terms of the purchase contract, clearing the title opinion,
etc. Invoices will be provided for additional fees and they can be
paid as part of the closing. AYSE will handle calculating and
disbursing all third party payouts. Also keep in mind that these fees may need to be paid regardless of whether you use our services or
not - but
